OPening your sfs account

Signing up with SFS is free. Once you register, you can both order or/and provide a service on the platform. Registering through SFS will create a patron account by default. To become a hustler, simply list a hustle. Switching to a hustler account is simple and won’t impact your existing patron account.

Searching providers and services on SFS: A Guide

There are several ways to discover the perfect hustler or hustles on SFS. Explore these methods to navigate the platform efficiently and find your perfect match:

Search Bar:

If you are on the SFS homepage, you won’t see a search bar there; you will need to first of all choose a hustle category of interest.
Enter keywords in the search bar at the top of the hustle category page and click “Search”

SFS suggests popular searches to help you refine your query (e.g., searching “Uyo” might suggest “escorts in Uyo”).

Categories and Subcategories:

Use the navigation bar to browse through categories and subcategories of interest. This helps narrow down your results and find relevant providers or services.

Providers username:

If you know the specific service provider you’re looking for, simply enter their username in the search bar, under “Search keyword”

Filters:

Once you have your search results, use the filters under the search form to refine them further. This allows you to filter by factors like budget, availabilty time, provider preferences, and more. See more on search filters below:

Kindly enable your device and browser location feature for this to work. However, to explore providers or services outside your location, kindly input the desire location in the location search bar and select from the closest Google suggestion for your location search.

Note, at present, the later location search method isn’t very reliable. Therefore, only use location search as a last resort. Category and tag are the recommended ways to robustly search SFS at presence.

Paying for a service

Once the hustler delivers and completes the hustle to your satisfaction, they’ll receive the full order earnings.

There’s a small service fee added at checkout. This fee applies to every payment within the order, including add-ons like hustle extras and tips, even if you pay separately later. The rate is a simple 5.5% of the purchase amount, so pay once, tip generously, and leave the rest to SFS.

Place your order in 3 easy steps

Choose a hustle: Click on the service you want.
Select your package: basic, rate tier, or extras (details included). Alternatively, request a custom hustle directly from the hustler.
Finalize your order: Use the Book Now or Request to Book button on the listing page, add extras if needed, confirm your payment method, and click “Confirm & Pay” or “Place Order”.

Completing your order

To accept or review a delivery, example svc session:

Head to your orders under your account user menu: Find the “Orders” section and click on it.
Open the specific order: Locate the hustle title and click on it to access the order details.
Locate the delivery: You can find the delivery either by going to the “Delivery” tab or scrolling down the order page.
Accept or dispute. Select the appropriate option: accept the delivery, need changes, or need more time.
Optional: Rate your experience.
